Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Netflix members via phone, chat, and email, addressing inquiries about billing, technical issues, content, and account management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to streaming devices, internet connectivity, and account access.
  • Educate members on Netflix features, services, and new content releases.
  • Accurately document all member interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to specialized departments when necessary.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and tools simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and internet usage.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Familiarity with streaming services and various entertainment devices (smart TVs, gaming consoles, mobile devices).
  • A genuine passion for movies, TV shows, and entertainment content.
  • Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, Tagalog) a plus.
