Job Description
Join Hilton Hotels & Resorts in Guildford as a Guest Service Porter. This full-time, on-site role is an immediate opening with a performance bonus, focusing on providing exceptional guest experiences, handling luggage, and maintaining lobby presentation. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling, ensuring prompt and secure delivery to their rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities and services.
- Assist guests with departure, including luggage retrieval and arranging transportation.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming lobby and entrance area at all times.
- Provide local information and recommendations, demonstrating excellent knowledge of Guildford and surrounding attractions.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, anticipating their needs where possible.
- Collaborate effectively with the front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures, reporting any concerns immediately.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lift and carry luggage, and stand/walk for extended periods.
